Idela Hernandez is a Human Service professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. She provides Employment Services and Benefits Work Incentives Advisement to individuals with disabilities and their families. The services are designed to promote meaningful changers in people's lives. Idela firmly believes that with the first help, many individuals are able to re-organize their lives and re-integrate into the workforce while becoming productive citizens. This auction item is for a one-to-one consultation of approximately one hour with Idela Hernandez.

A note from Employment Network of Southwest Florida: Since 2013, Employment Network of Southwest Florida has been helping individuals with disabilities become employed with the goal of becoming financially self-sufficient, fully contributing members of the community. As an American Dream Employment Network member, we provide job coaching and ongoing employment support services to individuals and help their employers to create an inclusive workplace.
